Super Cruise Cancellation Policy
Unless
otherwise announced, when a Cruise is cancelled the
make up Cruise will be the second Saturday of the month. If
the second Saturday gets cancelled, we'll try the third
Saturday of the month. If the third Saturday is cancelled,
we'll wait until the next regularly scheduled Cruise.
Cancellation information will
be posted here and on the InfoLine,
(303) 968-7536,
starting at noon on Cruise
day. If there's no cancellation
message, then the Cruise will be held as scheduled.

There have been
many complaints that the police were too heavy handed in May
and June. A few Cruise participants really did need to be stopped so don't do
whatever it was again. Easy. A few complained they were
chastised. Maybe, but realize the mess
the police are having to deal with. This isn't easy to manage and
being human, they can get worn too. But a lot of people have
said they were not troubled by it and the ones that had
interactions with the police praised the courtesy and
understanding of the officers. So if you got a warning then
be glad. It could have been a lot more than a reminder. We
aren't here to assert ourselves over the cops. Be cool and
go with it. If you have a valid complaint, appear in court
and sort it out there. We want to know if something happens
and just explain it to us, but try to see both sides before
getting too wrapped around the axle.

Please read about
Golden's "Silence is Golden"
program regarding loud exhaust in particular. This is a
mutual effort to keep citations and complaints down.

Cruisers
with
handicap parking permits should not stay in handicap parking
spots for the whole cruise. This takes parking away from
other handicap customers. This has been brought up in
private and at the merchant meetings. There will be warnings
and then citations for those that abuse the privilege.
Please remember, this is a law enforcement matter and not a
personal one.

Dogs
must be on leash.
Dogs are part of our family and enjoy the
Cruise too. If you are canine and reading this, please
contact the Cruise and we'll get you a talent manager.
Otherwise, no matter how well behaved a dog may be, they can
react badly with the best intentions and the dog or someone
else could get hurt. Golden has a
leash law and owners of dogs not on leash may be cited.
If necessary, please muzzle them too.

Anyone with relevant products is welcome to set
up at a Cruise at no cost, but please
ask first
because we are running out of space.
